Within the project “Environmental restoration of Canal del Dique” an extensive data collection is being carried out to improve the understanding of the environmental and physical system of the Canal del Dique and the adjacent ciénagas and coastal system, and to create the baseline for the impact assessment of alternatives. A significant part of this data collection is related to measurements of discharges and sediment transport. These measurements are executed as three separate campaigns.
