Due to a period of heavy rainfall and snow melt upstream of the Dutch river system a relatively rare high water wave is passing through the Netherlands. By order of Rijkswaterstaat Aqua Vision is performing discharge and current velocity and direction measurements at several locations on the Rijn, Maas and Waal rivers for verification of the Qh/Qf relation. These measurements require rapid mobilization, flexible capacity management and high organizational capabilities.
