Office Manager / HR Support (0.8 FTE)

As our organisation continues to grow and professionalise, we are looking for an Office Manager / HR Support professional who takes ownership, creates structure, and ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
The Role
You ensure the office runs efficiently, support HR processes, and facilitate employees in their daily work — from onboarding to workplace support.
As an Office Manager / HR Support, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the daily organisation and provide operational support for HR and office processes. You are the central point of contact within the office and work closely with management and operations.
You play an important role in realising our way of working: taking ownership, working in a structured way, and collaborating as one team.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Office & Organisation
- First point of contact and the face of the organisation;
- Managing agendas, appointments, and internal coordination;
- Organising travel arrangements, meetings, and internal events;
- Managing mailboxes, correspondence, and documentation;
- Coordinating facility services, suppliers, and office management;
- Ensuring a well-organised and professional working environment.
HR Operations
- Supporting recruitment & selection processes and scheduling interviews;
- Coordinating the onboarding of new employees;
- Managing personnel files and contracts;
- Supporting HR administration such as leave requests, absenteeism, and personnel changes;
- Identifying and improving HR processes;
- Contributing to a structured and professional HR organisation.
IT / Workplace Support
- Coordinating onboarding of IT resources such as laptops, accounts, and access rights;
- Requesting and managing email accounts and systems through IT partners;
- Setting up workstations for new employees;
- First point of contact for practical IT-related matters within the office;
- Coordinating with external IT providers when necessary;
- Ensuring employees are properly facilitated in their daily work.
Organisation & Improvement
- Helping create structure in processes and working methods;
- Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities;
- Supporting the further professionalisation of the organisation;
- Helping create overview and stability in daily operations.

Job Requirements
- MBO+/Bachelor working and thinking level;
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar HR support role;
- Good command of Dutch and English;
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Affinity with HR and/or operational support;
- Basic affinity with IT/workplace environments is a plus.
